Hi, I'm Elizabeth Aguilera.

I help women navigating high-conflict divorce who feel overwhelmed, emotionally triggered, or unsure what to do next.

My role is to help you step out of the emotional pressure long enough to understand what is happening, regain your footing, and make decisions with greater confidence.

As a Divorce Stabilization Advisor, I offer steady support, practical guidance, and perspective during one of life’s most difficult transitions.

Why I Understand

I know how confusing and disorienting these relationships can become.

I spent many years in two back-to-back high-conflict relationships, including a 16-year marriage that ended in a high-conflict divorce. Over time, I began questioning my own judgment and losing touch with who I was.

Leaving those relationships required courage, healing, and a commitment to rebuilding my life. That experience shaped me, but it does not define me.

Today, it allows me to recognize what can happen when a capable woman has spent too long managing someone else's behavior, keeping the peace, or trying to make sense of circumstances that never quite make sense.

It also taught me that support during divorce needs to be practical.

You may be preparing for a meeting with your attorney, deciding whether to respond to a difficult message, sorting through competing priorities, or simply trying to get through the day without being pulled into another emotional spiral.

You may need space to think, a different perspective on what is happening, and guidance that helps you feel steadier as you move through the legal process.

That is the work I do.

My Approach

I believe the right support should strengthen your ability to trust yourself, not make you feel dependent on someone else.

Our work may include helping you:

•󠁏󠁏 Recognize what is creating the most emotional pressure

•󠁏󠁏 Prepare for difficult conversations or important meetings

•󠁏󠁏 Separate facts from emotional triggers

•󠁏󠁏 Respond with intention instead of reacting in the moment

•󠁏󠁏 Reconnect with your own values, instincts, and judgment

•󠁏󠁏 Stay aligned with the legal strategy you and your attorney have chosen

I do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or therapy.

I provide a grounded place to sort through what is happening, separate facts from emotional reactions, and make decisions that feel true to you.
